Pleasant day,

My son (5yrs old)is a USC however my husband and I are Caribbean citizens. I returned to SXM to live as I didn't want to be illegal citizen. My husband and I are now discussing the possibility of returning to live in the US as we believe this move would be beneficial for our children.

Can someone please give us some advice on how to do this the legal way?

Thank you for your assistance

Contrary to the whole "anchor baby" legend, having a US citizen child does not give you any rights to live in the US. When the child turns 21 years of age he can petition you to immigrate to the US. You can try a work visa, student visa, or investor visa.
