Hi, again! I hope so our NOA2 will arrive before March 14 (the day he will permanently change his address). But if not, we have not choice but to inform the USCIS online like you guys did. I hope it will be fine. :)

God bless on your visa journey. :)

Let's all hope for the best! :thumbs:

I am confused by all this. Correct me if I am wrong-

The US petitioner moves, they can update there address online and may have to complete an AR-11 form.

As the beneficiary, when do I tell them that the address I intended to live at has changed? (questions #14 on the I-129f)

If anyone can clarify this...it would be greatly appreciated

If you at changing he address for the beneficiary, you will need to call. My fiancé changed countries. We are at 5 months and 2 weeks and still waiting on noa2. Will keep everyone posted on our address change happenings. I filled in an AR11 for him and mailed it also. We received 2 updates to our account. 1 on feb 8th after my call and one on mar 5th...must have processed the mail. Either way his address was correct in the system when I called again today. Was dreaming the second one meant they did something to our file, but alas, not yet!

US citizen petitioners don't need to submit an AR-11 form. Others were requested to but it's not needed for the USC.

As the beneficiary, my fiance told me that after he change his address online, I may just tell the consul during interview that my fiance changed his address and had informed the USCIS already. And just give them the old and new address, unless they need it.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

In GOD we trust. † = ♥

Looks like changing the petitioner's address and using the AR-11 form didn't have a negative effect on our petition. Got approved April 8, 2013. :) So to those who are concerned with changing their addresses and being asked (or not) to fill out form AR-11, I guess there's no need to worry. :thumbs:

Wow, haha, it looks like it may have actually sped your processing up. Congrats!
