If you knew someone trying to commit immigrations fraud would you report it? Lets say you knew someone trying to do a fix marriage thing or trying to use someone to petition them to come to the US would you report that? Anyone with stories that they would like to share or any opinions, ideas what so ever is welcomed. I'm just curious by the way.

VisaJourney.com recommends that if any member or user knows directly of someone involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, that they report such activity directly to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. You can contact ICE via email at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423

the right thing would be to report it. no questions asked.

however if their reason for doing this is justified (i know the end does not justify the means).. it cant be on your conscience that their future is doomed.

yes you gathered enough facts. proven they are about to commit fraud. then report it. its so easy to say that your conscience is clear but it may haunt you back, just saying..

but i agree to everyone else to report it. it sucks to be in your place.

I would report it if i have enough evidence. The thing is if they are getting GC through fraud - then our chance to get GC who are going and having REAL marriage are limiting down or going through much harder and precise interview which is not necessary in my opinion if you are legit and honest in your marriage,

I would report it too but what if the person who is commiting fraud makes it seem so authentic that the facts that you reported didn't match what they have it makes you the person who reports it seem like your just making up stories but you know that these people are just organized at planning...I was just curious about this because I know someone who was scammed this person petitioned a woman he thought loved him and when she came here she ran to her family in California and never heard from her ever but he did report the incident to the immigrations authorities but that was a long time ago but I was just curious about this topic I also read that people are getting paid up front just to wed or bring someone hear to the US. I don't think this is right because it makes it hard for the ones who really are genuine to even bring the ones they love here but as we know the wrong is what sets the tone for everyone else

USCIS are pretty good at their job. If your friend reported that she ran off, then they are doing their investigation. You can't inquire about it, as a third party.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
