Hi everyone,

My Husband and I recieved our interview date a month ago, and now that it is only a month away I recieved an e mail notice saying that the Embassy pushed our interview back to April 24. now its not a real formal looking e mail. This is what it says "You have been scheduled for a new appointment at the US Embassy in Amman, Jordan on April 24, 2013.

Amman – Jordan" It doesnt state a reason. I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what they expect my husband to do with that e mail. I mean now the official letter on he got a month ago is in accurate and thats the one he is suppose to produce for both his medical exam and at the time of the interview. I would feel better if they said a reason such as due to a high volume of visa interviews, I mean this whole process is stressful enough without this. It makes me nervous that they would push our interview back if it has not happened to anyone else. so has anyone doing their interview at the Amman Embassy come across this problem?

Mimolicious I e-mailed them and now just waiting for a reply. Thanks for the sugestion, I had thought of it but also wanted to see if this had happened to others recently that are also having their interview at the Amman Embassy. Im just hoping its just that they are busy and not an issue pertaining to our case only.
