i have a friend who has a fiance who is married, but seperated for 11 year and want to marry her. but has found a person who can get them a cinmar from nso with red ribbion stating she is single but doent change the real file of her not being single.

has anyone heard of this ?? and what are the chances of it working ?? I would like to tell him not to do it. but people will do what they do. i just want advise to tell him.

I highly recommend going by the book as if a person is caught falsifying their K1 then they are subject to a lifetime ban. I would stay away from Fixers of any kind. I lived in RP and know how they work. Some take your money and run leaving you with nothing but an empty wallet. Once again, do the right thing and get her marriage annuled. It may take some time. But time versus lifetime ban is better to do it right I believe.

I agree! US Embassy will know that she is MARRIED and if this happened, she will be forever BANNED to travel US.

ya thats what i told him, but according to them alot of people have done this and no problems, one women was married 2 times in phils and use this service and is now in the usa with her new husband, but yes i just want to see if anyone has done this ??

I've lived over here for a long time now and would be the first one to admit that money will buy you anything. More than likely they will catch them during the NBI check but if not the USCIS most likely will. People say they have heard or know someone that has done this but IF, and thats a big IF, anyone really has gotten away with it chances are their not going to tell anyone much less post it on the internet for all to see. They have everything to lose by trying this, there are options that will let them get to the US legally

what you're asking people is to provide advice on illegal activity - which besides being against the law, violates the terms of service on this site.

Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method.
