Travel after H1B transfer

Hi,

I am currently working for a company on H1B status and got my visa stamped, which is valid until 2015. If i transfer my H1B to a different company and if i need to travel, do i need to go for visa stamping again on behalf of the new company? or can i still use the already valid visa and just use approved I-797 notice to re-enter?

Well, that link didn't work!

You an google "H1B visa transfer" and start reading, but your visa with company A will be terminated when employment is terminiated so that visa won't be good, you'll need a totally new visa sponsored by your new company, the H1B won't transfer

I changed employers.For sure you need to have it stamped again.That is why I have not left US since.You also have to stamp it again if you extend your H-1B with current employer.
