Okay! today received an email from NVC that AOS fee is billed and ready to be paid. Also, my Wife received an email from them two emails, one about the AOS fee and the onther one regarding DS-3032. I went to the payment portal and paid AOS fee on the same hours after I received the email. :dance:

Definitely it does feel good to see things finally moving! a question: does this mean that my DS-3032 was accepted?

I am not too familiar but based on other people's timeline, it seems like you get IV fee billed after DS-3032 is accepted. Some people who sent DS-3032 via email also got a response back saying it has been accepted. So when your DS-3032 is accepted, you may get a response of acceptance and your IV fee bill will be sent to you.

If you don't mind me asking, when did you get your case number from NVC? My package was received a week after yours so I would like to know when I should expect it so I can stop going crazy. This wait for the case number seems harder than the 5+ months wait at USCIS.

Also, when did you email the DS-3032?

Thank you. i received my case number on 02/15/2013 and in the same day i sent an email with ds-3032. it has not been accepted as of today. i received my AOS email on 02/20/2013 so i went to the payment portal and paid the aos fee...your case # is on its way, hang onn tight

I called the NVC when I didn't hear from them after 3 weeks from the NOA2. They were really nice, and they let you know if they received it from USCIS. I got the emails for the DS-3032 and the AOS Fee a couple of days later.
