I am a US citizen and I'm visiting my fiance' for the first time next month in the Philippines.

My question is what paperwork or tasks should we preform while we are together for the two weeks?

She is getting her passport and all documentation and we are also taking pictures together.

Like everyone I would like to speed up this process as fast as I can. :)

This is a great site...thanks in advance for your comments.

I think there's no way to speed up the process. You will wait until they have time for your paperwork.

When you get here save all evidences that you were together like hotel receipt ( if you are going to stay in hotel), withdrawal slips, receipts from restaurants, picture of you and her family and don't forget your boarding passes keep it.

Good luck! :)

When my husband (then fiance) first went to the Philippines he brought all the paperwork that we needed to send for the I-129F petition. We reviewed and signed them together. Maybe you can just download the forms in your laptop and you guys can fill it out together and just print them at the business center of your hotel. You may want to bring a copy of your birth certificate and 2 previous tax forms and w2's so you don't have to worry about sending them for her interview. If you bought an engagement ring you can also bring the receipt. They didn't ask for the receipt of my engagement ring but there are some strict CO's who might ask for it. If you were previously married, bring a copy of your divorce decree. We took a lot of pictures and saved restaurant and hotel receipts. Just prepare everything on the VJ checklist. :)

Suggestions along with the other great ones already posted:

1) Establish she is the one you want to marry as in person can be much different then internet love.

2) Bring an extra lap top with you for her. Buying here is cheaper unless she already has one. Get her internet via Globe Tatoo USB or Smartbro etc. Trust me I waited to buy by fiancee one and we spent alot on internet cafes, plus convenience etc.

3) Take many pictures so you can sort later which ones show different dates etc. If you meet other foreigner there and befriend ask them to write a letter stating you and she are a couple etc. Not needed but the more proof the better.

4) Save all your receipts, boarding passes for airlines etc.

5) Take the time to get her Cenemor (certificate to marry she will need), NBI clearance and passport done unless she lives in Cebu or Manila where it is already convenient for her. If she lives elsewhere it will be a nice change of pace for you and she to travel domestic together. Airlines are cheap in the RP as is taking boats.

Like others said. print off the docs you need to her her sign. Letter of Intent of marriage etc and G325 Form.

Then when you get back you will be prepared to send the packet off with just a few additional items. Enjoy the RP. Drink a SML for me :)
