I had everthing in the I-129F Visa pkg perfect as possible. I put everything in a large envelope and then in a Fed-ex box and shipped it overnight. But to my shock I realized i forgot to put I-129F K-1 Visa ORIGINAL SUBMISSION on the inside envelope and the outside box. I called Fed-Ex and they said they caught the pkg before it left the airport and added that information for me on the outside of the box. I hope they did. But even if they did the inside envelope with the materials doesn't say it. I am so worried that they will receive it and let it lay somewhere because the Nebraska Service gets many differnt types of applications. I am afaid of delay.

Also, when one receives the NOA1, will it state exactly that they received the I-129F or only that they received the materials? Thanks so much

As long as you sent it to the correct mailing address (PO Box or physical address), Nebraska will figure it out. Your NOA1 will indicate I-129F PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANCE(E) on it as well as your case number

Be aware Fed-EX cannot deliver to a PO BOX, You did also put their street address (850 S Street) in the address?

Well... sounds like you shouldn't have any problem.

NOA1 will NOT tell you any detail about the case other than telling you they received it and cashed your check.

I don't mean to freak you out, but it is always handly to be perpared for RFE. If things does happen in the worst case, you can send material back ASAP.
