wondering if any July or August Filer got NOA2 for (CR-1)

Hey folks i see everyday on VJ K-1 Cases are being Approved and they are getting their NOA2 from July and August filer, i filed in August for i-130 i understand the Average processing time for Vermont is 6-8 Months these days. just curious to know if any July or august filer for CR-1 got their NOA2 Thanks

Bro, I just asked the same question last night on a different thread :) You are absolutely correct these K1s are approved left and right. But us K3s are waiting in a long line :( InshaAllah our time will come soon. Since you filed in Aug, which I did too. Out 8 months period should be up in April. I don't think ANY Aug files (pre Aug 15th) got NOA2. Did you file after Aug 15th or before?

i filed before 15 August and they received my i-130 Package on August 13, the reason i wanted to know that i'm going to expedite USCIS, NVC, and embassy Level since its been 6 Months 7 days today, if there is any possibilities of NOA2, this month i won't expedite it if its gonna take 2 Months more i will go ahead and do it,so i need to be suggested if i should go ahead and do it or wait i'm almost at the brim of NOA2

I can't say for sure you will get your NOA2 this month or next or the following. Im in the same situation. My NOA1 date is Aug 6th. I'v been waiting since then. A friend of mine who applied in May he got his NOA2 in 8 1/2 months. So Im gonna wait until mid April and then "try" to see if I can open a service request with CIS. You can't open a SR until your priority date (NOA1) date is pass CIS's processing date. You see what I mean? Just curious what you mean by "expedite"?

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
