I'm completing the I-130 for my MIL. She is applying for her minor son. She just received her PR and entered the US yesterday. So all I have is her temporary I551 that is in her passport. There are two questions on the I-130 that I want to double check. I've searched the forum for these question, but got more confused.

On the temporary I-551 is the Registration number the Alien Registration number? There is no A before it but it is a 8 digit number.

Question 14: Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission.

Date and place: Is that port of entry or Consulate where she interviewed. Her port is Dallas Texas, Date 2/19/2013. Issuing post name is US consulate General Cuidad Juarez, and IV Issue Date is 06FEB2013.

Would the class be the IR5?
