My Denver's license expires 5/24, same day my green card does. I'm about to file for Removal of Conditions. Has anyone's done this before? When should I renew my license? I know my NOA will extend the validity if my green card by a year. If I take that to the DMV here in PA, will my license be renewed for only a year as well?

Have you called them or gone in to your local DMV to check if they will accept that document for your DL renewal?

Generally you want to renew the DL before it expires because it will be much less of a hassle than when it has expired.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Presumably I'd get NOA before my green card actually expires.

What I'm wondering is essentially:

1) If they do accept the NOA, will they only grant me a license valid for a year, so I'll have to renew - AGAIN?!

2) If they don't, what the heck do I do in the meantime, between gc expiration and I get my 10-year gc?
