Hello everyone! I'm filling out my G325c right now and I had a quick question regarding the addresses of past employers. With the exception of a 4 month job 2 years ago(which I will report of course) I have been self employed. Now the thing is I have moved a few times over those years and what I was wondering was with the list of past employers and their addresses should I fill out all of my past addresses, basically mirroring the previous section where I listed my addresses over the past 5 years, and put self-employed as the employer? Or do I even need to put my address(the employer) in there if I'm self-employed as they would just refer to the previous section?

As I see it my two options are to fill it out like this:

Self Employed - Current Address - Dates of living there

Self Employed - Past Address 1 - Dates of living there

Self Employed - Past Address 2 - Dates of living there

Self Employed - Past Address 3 - Dates of living there

Job from 3 years ago - Employers address - Dates of working there

Or I fill it out like this

Self Employed - Current Address - 2008 - present

Job from 3 years ago - Employers address - Date range of working there

Thanks so much for your help!

Instead of Current Address, I wrote: "Home Address" and then the years. Since they have your past addresses on the same form, it will be fine. Mine went through with no problems.
