This is who we used. He is in Casa but I don't have the number. He was fast to reply to emails though. I think it was 10$ per translation. Good luck!

Can the ACS Unit at the Consulate translate documents and “certify” translations?

Unfortunately, the ACS unit cannot translate documents or “certify” other translations. We do, however, maintain a list of official translators, the translations by whom the ACS unit will certify. A list of translators may be requested at the time of registration or by emailing: acscasablanca@state.gov.
