Starting K1 Process

Hi all,

thank you for reading my thread and thanks for any advice Sorry if it is a simple question, but I am wondering if my fiance' has to sign and mail the forms for the K-1 to me or if they can be printed, signed and then e-mailed.

As far as I know they ask for physical signatures, but apparently some people on the forums have gotten away with emailing them. We physically signed ours to be on the safe side.

Why risk rejection for a copy of a signature? Take the time to get an original signature to avoid delays.

I had mohammed sign all the paperwork before I left Morocco and filed a few months later. An email signature hmmm with Morocco unsure if I would go that route vs. his original signature.

Original copies and ink signed G-325A and letter of intent from your fiance and mailed to you.

This form can be signed by your fiancé at the interview (you have to make it very clear that it will be signed by your fiancé at the interview though, they will not just guess that).

But you have to send a letter of intent to marry you, this must be signed and original (even though some people got approved with no RFE without sending it... I guess they were just lucky and I would not recommand to send the I-129F without the letters of intent of both fiancés.)

So, she could send you both the form and the letter by mail

thank you all for your replies! I just emailed Hicham is g325 a and he has the letter of intent that we worked on together ( we used the example from VJ haha ) and he will sign those and send me his passport photos along with that. It does not look like he needs to sign the I129f so I think we are good I really appreciate all the help.
