AOS co-sponser forms

Hello to everybody,

My father would like to co-sponser for us for our aos and i dont know exactly which form he needs to fill out.

If somebody could tell me wich form an aos co-sponser needs to complete i would be very much be grateful.

If you live in the same home as your father, then he fills out I-864A, and you do an I-864. If you dont live in the same home as your father then he fills out an I-864, as well as you filling out an I-864

Are you sure you need a co sponsor? 125% Poverty guideline is 16,500, for 2 people, if you are above that then you don't need a co-sponsor.

If my hubby just started a new job and his last income tax only shows a low salary, will the pay stubs and job letter suffice to prove he makes more than the poverty guidelines minimum?
