......

It says: Vaccination History Incomplete:Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver because vaccination not medically appropriate

( Its the Td that marked INSUFFICIENT TIme interval)

Whats this suppose to mean??? anyone??? Do i need to get a waiver ??? where???

Dr. SEiden did not send my medical result to me too. I just got a note saying it was sent directly to montreal...

Is this a new thing or do i need to worry??

Normal. You don't do anything. Keep it in your files.

You are fine.

I had 9 vaccines checked "not age appropriate" on my DS-3025 with the same note that I might be eligible for a waiver. You don't need one. Most of those vaccines are the ones you get as a kid (MMR, pneumococal, rotavirus, etc). It was never brought up. Not during my interview in Montreal, not during my AOS either.

Your vaccination sheet should be stapled to your sealed envelope. If I remember correctly, it is yours to keep after the interview, but better safe than sorry, ask them first before you take it off. And make a copy. You need it for AOS.

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

Thank you. I did not recieve any sealed envelop, just the copy of vaccination and a note in a stick it paper saying that my medical was sent directly to Montreal.

Usually, you receive a sealed envelope that you do not open and bring with you on the day of the interview. Has anyone else had their medical sent directly to Montreal? When I went to Dr. Seiden's they gave me the envelope and the immunization sheet.

Anyways, the "blanket waiver" box is fine and that's what the majority of applicants have checked off, myself included.

When I interview (Spring 2011) you couldn't have it mailed to the consulate. You had to either pick it up yourself or have it mailed to you(for an additional cost).

I would call Dr. Seiden and make sure.
