Very frustrated with USCIS and NVC!!!!!!!

This is very frustrating. It been 2weeks and I still haven't received my NOA2 hard copy. I called uscis today to inquire whether they actually mailed my NOA2 on feb 4th. The lady told me that they mailed the same day they approved, she also asked me if I had move since the approval and I said no. It only takes 3 days for me to have receive a mail from Vermont. So she advised me to call the NVC to see if they have received my package. After numerous tries with a busy signal to the NVC, the lady told me that they haven't received anything from USCIS, she also mention that uscis would tell people that they sent the package and most of the time they really haven't send the packages yet. She said I have to call them at the end of next week and if still nothing yet, she would advice me on what to do. This is unbelievable, I feel like a pin pon ball,Going back and forth between uscis and the NVC. Has anybody gone through this before.? I know they said the approval of a petition is good for 4months. If they still haven't sent or received anything yet, they are wasting time.

We are on the same shoes, I got approved on the 6th and still every day I called NVC, they got nothing from USCIS. And the funny thing, I received my hard copy on the 11th due to the blizzard that weekend but when I received it, it says " The above petition has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate. Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance."

In spite of what the letter says, your petition is on the way to NVC. They all go there, before the listed consulate . And it can take weeks until it arrives with NVC as well.
