hello everybody

i wish you all goodluck in your process, iam from morocco and i entred on a k3 visa, now as i want to adjust my status they asked about medical examinations, and i have alredy done this for my interview in morocco but i don't have any paper to prove that, can you please help me what yto do, should i just call the doctor to fax me the check form, or do i have to take examinations again here , how much it will cost me for new examination

I'm not too sure I understand what you said about adjasting your status... About another medical examination, i'm positive that you can just get a paper from the doctor's office (you might not even need that) since Casa knows that you just had your tests done. My husband went for another interview in 5!!! months and he didn't need anything - they had papers about his medical exam. But you might want to e-mail or call Casa just to be sure.

Filed I-130 - July 2005

Filed I-129 - August 2005

Interview - February 2006 - 221(g) - still under investigation.

Another useless interview - July 2006 - got nowhere!

August 23, 2007 - he's finally here!
