Our notice only lists two case numbers, it doesn't have the I131 case listed, is that a problem? It only says for case forI485 application and I765.

Thanks!!

David

It is completely normal and is the same for anybody applying for AOS/EAD and AP simultaneously. Don't worry!

You applied for EAD/AP at the same time as AOS filing? Sounds exactly like ours….wasn't a problem for us, likely not a problem for you.

Ok, and her ASC paper says my last name since we are married, BUT her passport says her maiden name. Any issues with that? I'm assuming a marriage certificate will do?

Lastly, the Social Security Number block was blank, even though she has one and reported it.

Yes it's a AP/EAD/AOS all together package.

Thanks!!

David

We are going to try and do a walk-in tomorrow since my parents can take her while they are visiting, otherwise I have to use a sick day which isn't wise because our baby is premature and has health issues, I'd rather save them for her.

I-131 does not require biometrics. That is why only the I-485 and I-765 case numbers are listed.

Yes, bring a copy of your marriage certificate. Also, the form she fills out there will ask for her SSN. She can include it again there. Not sure why it was blank if it was filled out on the AOS forms, but it is not required for AOS anyway.

I do not know. Some offices allow walk ins and some do not. All she can do is take her letter, passport and marriage certificate. Show them the letter at the door and explain why she needed to come early. They will either let her in or tell her she needs to come back at her scheduled appointment time. You can do a search here on VJ and see if anyone was successful with a walk in at your local office.

Yeah we are hoping that since our premature baby is on a heart monitory and it's dangerous for her to travel 2+ hours on public transportation, they'll understand why we need it early.

You are talking about the Notices of action for each form. OP is talking about the Biometrics appointement letter, which only contains the case numbers of AOS and EAD.

Hello! Yes, we got our biometrics done today with no problem. The lady mentioned, your appointment isn't until March and my wife said, look at the heart monitor and breathing monitor I'm lugging with me. My in-laws are here to help this week. I can't take this on the trolley (public transportation) it's too dangerous and too long. The lady agreed with no resistance and processed her.

Although she did not have a form to fill out Jay-Kay. They did ask her for her A number, but not for her Social again... Lol whatever, I guess the government doesn't want to know it.

Thanks again for all your advice. BTW the ASC was in Chula Vista, CA.
