You are outside of the normal processing time and have every right to call and have someone inquire. If you have talked to the government representative, then you should be hearing someting soon. Good luck

Start calling and also contact your congressman.

That's just downright depressing. For sure call your congressman and both senators. Just find at least one immigration liason in any of those 3 offices. Hopefully out of the 3 you will find one that's willing to kick some CSC butt and not settle for their crappy canned answers. Once you are outside normal processing times CSC will also do an inquiry at your own request. I would do that too. They told me I had to wait since their processing time says 5/2/06 and our NOA1 is 5/3/06. Grrrrr! Good luck.
