Hello all, please advise.I am waiting on my NOA2 and I just got back from a month long visit from 9ja .It had been a year and 7 months since my last visit,however i had been there 3 times since the relationship began. My question is should i send additional pictures and proof of my visit to USICS? is it worth it? Thank you for your help in advance.

No. Keep that evidence so that when your loved one is interview at the embassy you can then show it. This is after your NOA2. Keep a log of all telephone conversation, Skype, etc for that time.

No USCIS won't take it. For Lagos I highly suggest you include with your DS-230. If you been following the interviews both approved and deny there's a common thread "CO wouldn't look at the evidence I brought"

NVC is your last shot to send evidence to the embassy why not let them know you visited otherwise they will not know. We are like no other embassy. So act accordingly. IMHO

FWIW, the COURT refused to look at any additional evidence that my then fiancee had with her.

I'm suspecting that the Cost get all cozy and stuff with our files before the interview.

No you can bring anything and everything to an interview. One this is a K1 interview and you are suppose to bring evidence to interview. But some CO's at some Embassies won't even look at your evidence. That's why we say front-load your petition at USCIS (regardless of K1 or IR1/CR1).
