Are you Egyptian too?

Egypt has a rule. If you get your passport stamped with a 30 day visa then he cannot prevent you from flying home. But if you stay over 30 days then he can keep you in Egypt.

Is your marriage registered in USA?

If it is then just divorce him in the USA.

Are you Muslim?

If so then never go to egypt again

You are leaving out too much of your story for me to give you good advice....

Are you Egyptian?

Are you Muslim?

Did you marry in Egypt?

Did you register your marriage in USA?

Why cant he get a visa?? (Just curious)

Do you have family back in Egypt that you need to visit?

im married to a man in egypt now for 3 years he cannotget a visa for usa and he causes me problems in usa and with my family, i need to find outhow to getdivorced

You go to your local court and ask the clerk there how to file for a divorce. He/she will give you papers to fill out. You may also want to google "divorce by publication, georgia" how to do the divorce this way.

Please edit your profile/timeline so it shows your country flag

BENEFICIARYS COUNTRY-should say egypt

EMBASSY/COUNSULATE-should say cairo or egypt

When your flag shows under your name the your question will show in the Egypt portal and people with experience can answer egypt specific questions for you
