UK Medical to Interview

We originally started filing in Dec 2011. My fiance is from the UK and applying for a US visa. We've had a lot of setbacks with confusions of the processes. It took us forever with the police certificate... waiting for it to come! My fiance just had his SECOND medical in London today. The first said he was missing some medical information, and he had to bring it back.

He wasn't sure of the process now, from medical to interview. According to him, they told him he ought to have another injection at his doctor, but that everything else was okay with his medical.

So now what? Does he make an appt for the interview or does the embassy send him a date? I was under the impression that he received an appointment date in the mail, however he says that he makes it. I'm so confused! And I'm just tired of the setbacks.

Good! That's what I thought. I don't know where he got that he was supposed to call. Although he thought they would send him an appt date for his medical and we ended up waiting over a month before I checked on here and saw he was supposed to make it. :/ Thanks very much!

And its taking about 6 weeks or so to get it? All of our forms have been sent along with the DS 2001 previous to his medical.
