I haven't bought anything online as yet, so I cannot answer that part of your question. So I don't know what state you are living, but google Nigerian foods Or Nigerian Market for your city and state, or speak with any local nigerian if you know of any to see where they shop. That's what I did and I found the one and only market in my city.

Bitter leaves come from the garden. He loves habeneros raw , also out of the garden. Try googling African market also many don't go country specific so they attract people from Ghana and other locations. I order my stockfish online as it is cheaper than in the markets. I will check the site name when I get home

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

For semovita, I use torti-maza (used to make corn tortillas). I got it in the Mexican food section of a grocery store in my area. It is ground finer than corn meal, which I have heard of other people using. I don't know about the other items you were looking for, but I am also interested in finding out what other people use.

Home now but getting ready to head to the hospital for the birth of a granddaughter

I noted your local office

try

African Store & Merchandise

(559) 221-0338

1124 W Shields Ave,Fresno,CA9370

Online try Exceed foods.com

Here is my take on your list

Egushi the closest US substitution is pumpkin seed

Bitterleaves I grow these

stock fish look up stockfishexpress they sell online and have decent prices ( this is pricy)

Artemisia, my husband calls these greens and we grow these also

Ogbono is the seed of hot African mangos. Not sure how what is available here would replace them

Ugwu, pumpkin gourd get it from an African store

Fluted Pumpkin I don’t know this one

Semolina Flour (Semovita) you can find it sometimes at Walmart or Honeyville farms( they sell online but I have one local)

tatashe this is a hot pepper think habanero or jalapeno

Yams in the US are frequently nearly spoiled choose them carefully I see them sometimes in Asian markets also

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Semolina is found in the Middle Eastern stores as well. Probably much more reasonable price wise. You are in Fresno, find an Armenian or middle eastern store near you and go in and ask. If in Los Angeles Try Sola's African & Caribbean Food Market 818-920-6561 you could email them and see if they ship? They have everything you are looking for Jolaosokari@yahoo.com; The store is located in North Hills, CA. Hope that was helpful.
