Aug 28th 2013.....Interview in FRN - Approved!

Aug 30th 2013.....Visa in mail!

Sep 13th 2013.....POE Boston

Nov 12th 2013.....Wedding in Old City Hall, Boston

Dec 02nd 2013....Sent AOS package

Jan 02nd 2014.....Requested expedite for EAD due to severe financial loss (pending job offer)

its not that easy i was asked about the divorce of my fiance.. he got divorce september 21 2011 and we are together and seeing each other before that cause we met nov. 2010.. american consul asked me if he filed divorced because of me.. i just said no, instead answered this that my fiance and his ex wife been separated for 5 years and the divorce is on the process that time.. and got approved sept. 21 2011, good thing she accepted my answer.. maybe the reason she asked me that is because of the law of bigamy or something.. good thing that came to my mind when i answered the consul...
