I had my fingerprints rejected twice so the USCIS sent me RFE for police clearance. I sent my RFE last Dec 2012, but the USCIS asking me for another biometrics which I recieved last Feb.15,2013. I don't understand i thought Police Clearance would be suffice? I called them twice and talked to a higher immigration officials but they did'nt answer me instead they told me i need to go. I wonder what's going on in my case? It's almost a yr after I filed.

Make sure you use no lotion, no alcohol the night before, try and relax for the prints. The electronic machines are tricky some times. You need valid fingerprints for their ID, although you are already on file.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

While it's a good advice, USCIS can be pretty boneheaded when it comes to fingerprints.

During AOS, my wife had to go in 4!!! times for fingerprints, at the end, we brought the police clearance to the interview (they had RFE ready for that during interview) and that was it.

With ROC it baffles me that some people have to go through this ordeal, given the fingerprints are already on file....

As for us, it's been 5 weeks since the fingerprints for ROC and, to be honest, I'm still waiting for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th notice for the biometrics...

To the OP:

Do not worry about this! Sit back and wait. Nothing to worry about here.
