I have got a job in Canada company who have dealings in USA. So I got a job in that company already. I'm from India and working to that company as a remote employee since three years. The company requires me to be in USA for their dealings. But for USA visa, I need to have a degree which I do not. I completed the 4 year degree, but didn't graduate. (That means I didn't pass some papers). So is there any chance that I can get work visa for USA?

Thanks for your help.

There are many different types of work visas- not all require degrees, especially if you have years of specialised, relevant experience.

What kind of work will you be doing in the USA, and for how long will you be there?

Why can't the work be done in Canada where the company is from?

Does your multi-national company not have a lawyer to sort visa issues?

1. I have only three years of experience. That too I'm working as a remote employee for that company. Its a server administrator job. I may be there in USA for 6 months to 1 year.

2. Because the machines are placed in USA, I need to be there for taking care them.

3.Actually, its not a Multi-national company. Its a Canadian registered company having machines in USA.

Actually, not yet. But before that, I'm just trying to clarify myself for the visa eligibility.

I doubt there is one, but the Companies Lawyer is the one to discuss this with.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Ask that company if they can sponsor you for work visa if they are qualified.

You can't apply any work visa by yourself. It must have to be sponsored by US based company.

It is very unlikely you get a work visa for that, as there are plenty of US based system admins out of work.
