Mary is now in the hosp about to give birth. She manages to take time out to text me about it, and give me the play by play.....Ya think she could concentrate on having the baby? ya think she has an OCD on texting?

Perhaps she's sending out the texts to everyone in her phone simultaneously? After all childbirth can be disconcerting... Maybe she's distracting herself. Instead of visualizing a nice quiet beach, she's keeping the fingers busy. LOL Tell her to go lay in a tub. It helps.

She lives in Brooklyn, but elects to have her baby in Queens...so she could be closer to her sister. Now if you know NYC, there's a gazillion hospitals between Brooklyn and Queens that she coulda gone to. So, in the middle of the night last night, her husband drove her for an hour to get to queens thru typical 3AM NY traffic...

I just had a nap and I'm having afternoon coffee now, so I'm energized and ready to roll.......except the weather is once again, #######. Kinda feels like I'm in Denmark...

Over-priced drinks that aren't even good. I loathe you.

All I want is an ipad photo, but she doesn't want the people in the Hartford office to get in more trouble or me to post them online in a mocking way. Honestly, I am really just curious and I'm sure that I'm not the only one.

Nah. I met up with some friends last night and went downtown (my first time) to some of the bars. There's this zombie-themed bar, but of course because it's themed, they only have those stupid themed drinks that are all sugary and gross...and $9-$10 a piece. I had a "Corpse Reviver X111" and it was atrocious. Cool experience, gross drink.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

9-10 bucks isn't too bad. I imagine they cost more than that in your motherland....(They definitely cost more than that where I am)

I have the answers to that........

Theory rather.........

1- Nola's mom hates the Dane, and wants to keep him out of the country. (You ever watch "Flowers in the Attic"?) So when Nola finally runs out of $ and has to return to the US, her mom will introduce her to a more suitable mate. And keep Nola's daughter in the attic....

2- Nola's mom is a nuclear physicist, and is working on ways to neutralize North Korean thermo-nuclear explosive devices before they are detonated. Ergo, she is too busy to forward those letters.

3- The family dog ate the letters.

(It's amazing how much you can learn about someone's life details on VJ)

Relationship and I-130 Process

Sometime in October, 2011: We met online talking about Argentina.
Later in October: Met in person in Philadelphia and became good friends.
March 4, 2012: Became girlfriend and boyfriend, officially.
March 21: Gloria leaves the US at the end of her J-1 Visa.
April 9: Got engaged!
May 12-26: Chris visits Buenos Aires.
May 18: Got married in Argentina :) Happy day!!
May 29: Sent out I-130
June 4: NOA1 received.
August 17-20: Chris visits again.
September 22-29: Chris 3rd visit, Gloria's birthday!
November 11-January 5: Chris stays in Argentina almost 2 months, Gloria is happy!
December 28: NOA2 YAY!!!
December 31: Package received at NVC.
January 18, 2013: Got case # and IIN.
February 6: Case complete!!
February 11: Interview assigned.
February 25: Package received at Embassy in Buenos Aires.
March 18: Interview Approved!!
March 28: Visa received.
March 29: Houston POE

April 11: received greencard!!!!!!!

January 9, 2015: sent out form I-751
