I'm happy you made up with Tiff. It makes me smile.

Nola I hope everything turns out so very well for the 3 of you. You deserve the best after all the bull you've been through.

KDH - best wishes in all you do. Keep a hold of your best friend always.

Thank you all for being there. Much love. I'm outty. (lol totally a teen in the 90s. )

The best friend that went out with my bf?

Goodness we haven't spoken in years.

We're just facebook friends.

She's a little too lush and promiscuous for me.

Last night, I learned that I have a genetic skin condition that affects about 40% of adults.

Most of those adults don't even know it's a "thing"

Or even that so many other people have it.

It's called Keratosis Pilaris

Or commonly nick named "chicken skin"

I implore you all to google it and see if you have it.

Now, I have to try a couple things to try and manage it.

I didn't realize the bumps all over my legs weren't acne though =\

And I've been trying to pop them all for years.

Soooooo needless to say, my legs aren't very pretty.

Yep, the husband and I both have it on our upper arms. Mine is pretty mild, but his is noticeable.

Inevitable, your children will probably have it.

It's been on the back of my arms as long as I can remember.

My legs got really back about 10 years ago.

All over the sides and front of my thighs.

The search started because I very rarely get these small tiny patches of bumps in weird places

Years and years ago I remember there being one on the back of my arm.

About 1cm x 1cm.

Now, I have one on my chest almost at the apex of my rib cage.

It's also about 1cm x 1cm.

It's weird as hell and I wanted to know what it is and VOILA more problems solved.

Or... diagnosed, rather.

I hope my wife doesn't realize I have chicken skin, she'll want to fry and eat that stuff  She goes cannibal enough as it is for lord's sake!

For the second year now, my company has handed out these employee review things.

It has a packet of questions we have to answer and send back.

I don't know what the point of them is.

I wonder if they're trying to see who will filter themselves

How do you like to be shown you are valued or shown recognition?

Desired Answer: Money

More Probable Answer: A Thank You

Oh I see there's less open questions this year.

Last year there were like 3 that I could answer with MONEY!

Also, I stumbled upon a picture on facebook of a dog ripped in half.

I'm not typically one to report things, but I did in this instance as it was a public photo posted on a public page.

Facebook has reviewed my submission and found it does not violate their terms of service.

Is it sad that I have to look at my email signature to confirm my job title?

Must mean there's less money this year.

As to FB terms of service, just dare to put a naked ####### on that dog, and it would be gone in a heart beat.

Ok, back to what I was saying.

I've been in charge of show services for probably like 2+ years now.

But it was never called by that title until they had to put people under me.

So have I been in this position for 2+ years?

Or only like a year since they put someone under me?

And shouldn't management know how long I've been in my position?!

I'd say however long you've been doing the current job, with or without people to tell what to do, is how long you've held that position and title.

"c. Do you have a clear understanding of your core goals and

objectives for this year? "

####### is this?

It just wants a rating of 1-4.

But I can't properly answer it because I'm not sure I have a clear understanding of the QUESTION!

I mean, aren't my core goals just to do my job?

I hope so.

If it is, then 4, I totally understand.

If it's not, then 1, apparently I don't understand.

But unless someone were to tell me what my core goals and objectives are, I can't answer.

I'd say however long you've been doing the current job, with or without people to tell what to do, is how long you've held that position and title.

My manager laughed at me and told me to just put how many years I've worked for the company.

I've been here almost since inception

I wrote underneath the C question"

I’m not sure how to answer C because there’s no definition of my core goals and objectives. If my goals and objectives are simply to get my job done, manage my team efficiently, and not screw over any clients, then I understand it. But if it isn’t, or there’s more than I don’t know about, then I don’t know about it. =\
