It's official - something is in my apartment. I don't know if it's a mouse or what but something just knocked over my thrashcan (effectively scaring the bejesus out of me) and my dog is going wild. wacko.gif I need the hubby to come home to get rid of whatever is lurking over there.

If it's a guinea pig, it's lunch.......

And no one better be seriously referring to themselves as american because they want to refer to the entire 2 continents.

That's called someone reaching just because they want to be right.

Next thing you know, you'll be calling people 'western hemispherian'

#### it, I'm earthian.

I wish it were a guinea pig. At least then it would be something cute and harmless. This might be a cobra for all I know. huh.gif

And in that case you'd never know what country they'd be from. If I called myself "North American" people might think I was Canadian.

Rant: BIL just came in to "use our scale"... somehow managed to mooch a bottle of water and a packet of tea on his way out. headbonk.gif GO AWAAAY

too bad, who told you to stock your office withe tea and water? I taught you how to to mooch off people by the vending machines didn't I?

I'm telling you, Partiv's neighbor's lunch got away from them, and escaped to Partiv's place knowing the gringa wouldn't eat it......

It's a small trashcan, like the ones people put in bathrooms.

1- Stand by the vending machines and pretend to be digging into your pockets looking for a dollar. When you see a co-worker walk by, say "hey john, you got a dollar?"

2- When john gives you a dollar, and walks away, pocket the dollar. Wait for the next co-worker to walk by.

3- repeat from step 1

Just make sure you use the last dollar to buy a bag of chips so no one questions your motives

Now all I have to do is get a job in a building where there's vending machines, befriend everyone that works there, and get rich off of everyone else's pocket change. good.gif

I get overwhelmed when I have a lot to do.

When there's more than a few things, I can't focus and figure out which to do first.

I can't figure out where to start.

I'm starting to feel that angst.

When I move to the US, I was thinking about buying a few cases of pop and putting them in the fridge.

Honor system, cans of pop are 30c.

This will cover just the amount to rebuy pop.

If, when a case is gone, I can't rebuy pop, then no more pop because someone didn't play fair.

I thought it sounded like a nice thing to do since we don't have a vending machine.

We do have a WASHING machine though! haha

eliminate the non-sense ####### first.....put them on the side (or garbage can). So you can concentrate on the rest.

I work virtually, that's my biggest issue.

Everything I need to do is in my head.

I can't push those things aside.

RANT: My BIL keeps posting all these nauseating statuses on facebook about how he "has spent the best part of his life next to his mother's side" and "thanks mom for being such a vital part of my life" and "i wouldn't be here if one amazing woman hadn't carried me for nine months, i love you mom". HELLO, BUTTKISS. Naturally my MIL has to posted equally revolting comments like "ohh negrito, i love you so much, i'm so lucky to have such treasures in my life" and I'm going to SNAP. He is 24 years old. Get out of mommy's house, get a girlfriend, and start a real life. Mommy's boys are my biggest pet peeve EVER. If his mom didn't do his laundry, cook, and clean for him, I bet those adoring love comments would disappear real quick. dry.gif
