Hi Friends

Sharing my feeling with all those on this forum. I have still not received my I-130 approval filed in Dec 2012. I received the 130 receipt for the filing and since then no communication.

My PD date is 12/3/ 2013 .... has any one received approval for DEC 2012. I followed some timeline and looks like there were some approvals for application filed in Dec 2012.

Please share your information .......

Good bless.

In your NOA1, did it say your case was sent to National Benefits Center? If so, you might be looking at an approval within this month. Hope NBC is still working at the same pace they were for a few months now.

In my case the receipt has the number starting with MSC...... . I had sent the application to the lock box facility at AZ. I am based out of FL and our Service center for Immigration would be TX. Not sure when will the 130 get approved.

a friend of mine just got approved yesterday.

we have the same NOA1 date and her MSC number is 2 digits ahead of me...

so I assume they started working on December applications.

it is interesting, because i was checking random MSC numbers(just changing last digits of my case number), and noticed that there are quite a few approvals. Approved Feb 4,Feb 9, Feb 11 and Feb 16. Approvals are NOT in order. (lets say MSCXXXXXXX01 is approved and MSCXXXXXXX04 is approved, but MSCXXXXXX02 and 03 are not approved  )

The thing with service centers they don't adjudicate petitions that way. They don't approved petitions by that order, at all. My father's MSN number is a digit after my mother's but his got approved first. It was 11 days difference. (12/03 to 12/14)

oh i see..

thanks for explanation

my friend's approval got me so excited, now i'm checking my case status like 100times a day

I can understand about the multiple times of checking the status.. rofl.gif

I couldn't even access mine in the uscis site. With the 1st approval, after 2 months it changed from "cannot be found.." to "approved". It was quite a shocked since I was expecting to wait for over 5 months.

same here got a PD on Dec 17, 2012 for IR5 petition and still got no decision yet. maybe those I-130's that were approved are for IR1 because there were plenty of approved petitions for this category on the timeline. this is just an observation.
