Removing conditions on Residence with child

Hi

Me and my Son have to remove our condition on residence and my child came to this country with me but he had a separate case, even if we both got a letter from the USCIS about changing our status, can I list him as my child on the I-751 form and pay only one fee since our green cards expire the same day and we had been doing the process together from the beginning or should We file separate?

This is from USCIS

Your Child’s Conditional Green Card

If your child received conditional resident status within 90 days of when you did, then your child may be included in your application to remove the conditions on permanent residence. Your child must file a separate I-751 application if your child received conditional resident status more than 90 days after you did.
