Hello, even though I have plenty of time to gather the paperwork, I was wondering what do I need to satisfy immigration and the embassy that my Fiance and I have a genuine relationship. I currently have Yahoo IM's dating from last September thru late October at least 1 per day. I have been to visit her 3 times in the Philippines since late October last year so I have my paperwork from airline. I have some receipts from restaurant visits. Tons of pictures of us together. Is there a minimum time we must have known each other? Any ideas of what I might be missing at this point? Thanks for any help.

There is no minimum amount of time, but lots of visits are great.

You may also want to print out some emails, and save any phone bills.

I guess you got bunch of stuff to carry for interview. It looks good to me, and you guys shouldnt face any trouble.

Keep in mind, even if they do not approve someone's visa, thats mean they still have some questions left, will issue 221g to submit the required doc.

3 visits is great. Hotel receipts I recommend. Send her any cards (b-day, valentines, Christmas etc)? Have her take the cards with canceled post marks to the interview.

Looks like you will be fine.

Hi Mark you seem to have everything. Just keep saving chats, emails, Xoom/Western Union items from now until NOA2 is approved. It looks really good that you have visited her multiple times.

Good luck
