Hi VJ members,

have a quick question about the AOS packages,i know is it early to ask this question since i don't get my approval yet but i want to be prepared and get everything in advance.my question is how do we know which form to use for AOS packages,is it 864 or 864ez?

06/15/2016-- N-400 sent.

06/17/2016-- N-400 received.

06/23/2016-- NOA received in mail.

07/12/2016-- biometrics

07/11/2017-- Interview

The instructions tell you who can use the forms. Please read the instructions.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I-864Z form is for the sponsor( Main Petitioner) to fill out when he meets certain criteria. I have read the instructions regarding 864Z and it seems for that there is really no diffidence between this form and 864.

Just file the i-864. it should do it. that's what I filed and all friends i know did.
