J-1 to AOS with I-765, I-485 and I130

I'm filing the I-765 in the off chance that my AOS takes more then 7 months.

I read the instructions and still question what I need to submit in form of I-94 copies and J1-Visa copies. Should I be sending all my forms together? ie. I-765, I-485 and I130 as it seems to say in the instructions that I need to have already submitted my I485 and have a receipt number. Where in my case I will send everything together.

Any advice would be appreciated Thankyou!

I was also doing AOS from J-1 i was sending all 3 forms in one big package. I have sent copies front-&-back of i-94 card n also copy of my visa n copy of a page where the stamp was put in the airport when i was going through the customs.

If you want to have i-765 - in your case it saying that yor I-765 will be based on pending I486 - did you submit the i-485 already?

If you want to have i-765 - in your case it saying that yor I-765 will be based on pending I486 - did you submit the i-485 already?

No i am sending my I-485 now with my I-765
