I believe I have almost everything ready for the 864 except for the letter from my job which i should get next week.

I am not sure if there will be a different version of the forms. I wanted to fill them out to get ready.

My only question perhaps you can help with that. I have to send marriage certificate, birth certificate and so on to NVC, then NVC will send to the embassy in Haiti. But I thought I had read on the embassy info page that they will be getting the info from the beneficiary.

I may be wrong. Can you shed some light on that if possible? Thanks

No you have to submit all originals or certified copies to NVC to get case complete. Thats probably K1's you are referring to.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
