Yes,my fiance got the receipt last Jan.2013 just this year. We never got denied ever since,coz this is our first time to file for the k-1 visa.By the way,how long it will take to get the filled form with a letter that was denied as u have said. Yeah,only the i-129f and the pay,nothing else. Thank u for ur advice,i really appreciated it..

I received my denial letter 5 months after receiving the NOA1, or receipt as you call it.

This is not true. They accept them, cash the check and leave people waiting months, THEN send the denial for not having sent anything else with the I-129F form. It happens all the time. Here are just

That is clearly not true though- she would have had to send at least the fee too to get NOA1.

Do NOT wait for an RFE or anything else. You will NOT be accepted. I know first hand I experienced it!! Although they cashed the check, you will not be approved. Our check was cashed, 5months later we
