IV application (230) bill?

I feel like its taking a long time for the 230 to be invoiced, i keep looking at the payment portal like every hour its driving me crazy i just want to pay it already!!! lol is that just me? is anybody else still waiting to get for it to be invoiced?

I feel like its taking a long time for the 230 to be invoiced, i keep looking at the payment portal like every hour its driving me crazy i just want to pay it already!!! lol is that just me? is anybody else still waiting to get for it to be invoiced?

It hasn't been long since your AOS bill was invoiced and paid. Give it a few more days. Don't drive yourself crazy. It will be there by next week or so. If not, call NVC. Good luck :)

Peter7: It's great that you got both of your bills invoiced on the same day. However, every case varies. Some may get it on the same day and some get it days apart. But you're lucky because you saved a little bit of time :).

GandA5510: Did you check to see if your DS-3032 was accepted? Once it is, the IV bill will be invoiced. Otherwise, you have to wait until it is.

The IV bill has NOTHING to do with the AOS track. The AOS and IV are two independent tracks that have absolutely nothing to do with one another (except that both need to be completed before the case is closed).

I paid both AOS n IV bill on same day with few minutes different after few days I saw they already took my payment from bank account....

That's because you had a lawyer/attorney on your case ;) When one has a lawyer/attorney attached to their case, they're automatically selected as agent, thus no need to send a DS-3032, skipping that part, thus making both bills generated at the same time.

Check your spouse email account & see if they sent him the DS-3032 acceptance email. In my case, the day after that acceptance email, they sent me (the agent) the IV bill (invoiced).

I already checked and we havent got anything. only the automated response.

The IV bill cannot be invoiced until the DS 3032 is accepted. Like let-it-be said, sometimes they send the acceptance email to the beneficiary's email. I see you emailed the Ds 3032 onn 2/07, give it till next week ending.

I know, that is one bill everyone is happy to pay :)
