My fiance has sent off the I-129F pack. Since she has sent it I have had to leave my job. I am now unemployed. Is it worth calling the USCIS and telling them so they can make adjustments to my employment status? Or is it ok to leave it as it is? Will the fact that I'm unemployed make a difference to the application?

Thanks ahead of time guys!

It shouldn't make any difference with the petition and I wouldn't call them to tell the USCIS about it. Your employment status comes into play at the interview. If your the USC you will need to make sure you have a steady job or a co-sponsor or your fiance will not get a visa. If your the fiance then it will not matter at all, just inform them at the interview if they ask.
