NVC case number

Hi everyone! Please see my timeline for information.

I have been calling NVC for a case number since I have received my NOA2 with no good news :( About a week ago, I emailed a copy of my NOA2 to nvcresearch. I called today (fri 2/15) and the rep told me they still don't have my case. I asked about a reply regarding my emailed NOA2, and she said I needed to wait and she didn't know how long that would be. I called USCIS to make sure that my case was transferred to the NVC and spoke to 3 reps: 1) told me he had no information about the case (he didnt even ask for my receipt number). When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the line was dropped while waiting. called again 2) took my receipt number; couldnt tell me when the file was sent over. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he transferred me to another rep that "had the ability to give me more info". 3) rep 3 didnt ask me for a receipt number. She told me I need to wait because it takes 90 days for NVC to send the visa. I told her I was waiting for a case number and that the NVC rep says it takes 21 days only (which actually happened). I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold, came back and told me that her supervisor was on the phone. She asked me to leave my name and number and that the supervisor would call me back (hasn't happened yet).

I am not sure what to do from here...Has anyone gone through a similar situation? Thanks

Yes I have see my signature timeline. 30 days I was still sitting at USCIS. You need to immediately ask USCIS when you get them on phone that u need a tier 2 supervisor.

You will than ask this "when did my case physically leave the service center?

All you can do is call and see. Its what you ask them otherwise they will give you that 90 days script.

I went through the exact same thing, call USCIS and as other members have mentioned talk to a supervisor (immigration services officer, ISO) and ask them to put a service request in, to locate your case....email NCSC, emails NVC, keep calling back everyday if you don't see any progress. That's what I did, emailed NCSC twice, emailed NVC, called and spoke to an ISO almost everyday and finally my file got to the NVC. Good luck I know how frustrating it is.
