Ohhh please guys lets try to help her instead of criticize her English, thats not nice, i bet you one thing, Americans say the same thing about our english, so us as immigrant should help each other instead of doing things like this.

I have an O Level in English, which is nowhere near a Masters.

It has struck me that there are 300,000,000 potential ESL students in the US.

The reason some of the forum members are not "sticking to the topic and critiquing her" is because the OP decided they want to act smart and give a rude remark to one of the members because Nola had originally said that we are having a hard time understanding the OP's situation due to a language barrier. There was no reason for the OP to point out that they have a "Master's in English Studies" (which clearly does not seem to be true).

Anyway, OP's situation is still hard to decipher because she is vague on details.

you may understand English, but we don't understand YOURS. We cannot understand most of what you ask because you are using words that don't make sense in the context you are using them.

And to add, we can't help you if we don't understand the questions. What is "taking nationality"? Is that citizenship? The only thing I can understand from your questions is the pregnancy thing. As I stated before, pregnancy will not get your visa expedited. The rest I cannot answer because it is gibberish. I am not going to pick apart you supposed degree, other than to say there is no way you have a masters in our language because you simply have no grasp of the basics. You don't want people to be immature, yet you are so immature you lied about your knowledge of English...If you want answers get someone who knows the language to come here and ask, plain and simple

Yes she means getting citizenship when she says taking nationality.

K3ba, is your question just to know when you will get your approval or when you will get your interview. Both are not questions we can answer. Your priority date will give you an estimate of your approval, your husband should be able to see this online, and the interview will depend on which embassy you are assigned to and how many people are in line in front of you.

Also, it is true, your pregnancy will not help you to get your visa faster.

I hope this information is helpful and I am sorry for those who have gotten off topic and were quite rude.

When your husband submitted the papers he got back a form that says they accepted the papers. It is form 797c and on VJ that call it NOA1. There is a date on the form. This date is your priority date. It establishes your position in line. As long as your husband is NOT a us citizen this date is very important. Every month on the site travel.state.gov they put a visa bulletin. It shows the current priority date , which mean which people in line are being processed this month. You can use google to find the current visa bulletin. There are different lines for different classes. You are an F2A -spouse of a permanenet resident. This month they are working the people from Nov 2010 . WHEN your hisband gets his citizenship oath he can contant them if you aren't here by then and they will pull you from where you are and move you to the front of the line.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

thanks u to all the serious ansewers.sad for the some ansewers.

my husband will take the nationality in april 2014 ench allah.howa long have to wait after that my husband take a nationality;note that the file has been sent in april 2012??

now it's little Clear, so your husband is an LPR "Green Card Holder" and you sent an I130 on April 2012 by doing that you are now under F2A and the waiting time approx is around 2-> 2.5 Years from the date u sent the I130 to visa issuance.

by the time ur husband get the Nationality he will become a citizen , that time you will be under IR if you upgrade the petition " Immediate Relative" after he upgrades i think it wont take more than 2 months to schedule an interview since i believe u should be done with NVC stage, and here i should know which Service center you application has been sent to.

We Are sorry about what we said earlier we don't do critics here it's just because we couldn't understand what was the questions it wasn't that clear , and then u jumped on it by saying " just answer i have a MS in English" u shouldn't do that anyway , but it's okay now i hope u got the answer u were trying to get and good luck , ALLAH YWAFA9
