Hello Everyone,

Finally checked online status and found

"On February 13, 2013, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for March 19, 2013, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. "

happy but nervous.

Now, we need to prepare for our interview check list.

What things to bring with us? What documents? What forms? Do we need to carry all the packets we submitted?

Still have IL license, And my wife has NJ License. we both live in LA. How does it matter at interview time? we have little more than a month, so we can work on that process in between as well.

Interview Notice Received on 02/15/2013 for 03/19/2013 Office - 300 N Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (Day 49)
I-765 and I-131 Status changed online to Approval and Card/Document Production respectively 03/01/2013 (Day 63)
EAD Card Received (Still no I-131 approval yet) 03/08/2013 (Day 70)
Approved on the spot 03/19/2013 (Day 81)
Received Green card in mail 03/27/2013 (Day 89)

Sent I-751 Packet to California (To remove condition on Green Card) 12/23/2014 (Day 636)

Hey you and I are not too far! Your interview I am guessing is in LA, and mine in San Bernardino. I'll let you know how mine goes, it might be similar. As far as what documents, they'll send you a list of what you need. If after reading that list you still don't know, msg me and I'll send you the list I came up with.

Sent Evidence Requested: January 10, 2013 (my join sponsor's certificate of naturalization)
Evidence Received: January 15, 2013 (status updated on USCIS website)
Testing and Interview: January 25, 2013 (status updated on USCIS website - now just waiting for the interview date)

the interview appointment letter comes with a checklist of documents they want you to bring. just use that.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based
07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

I dint know that Interview letter has all the check list.. No wonder why I dint get that topic discussed more at this website... :bonk:

We have our interview at the San Fernando office on March 15th. I'll let you know how it goes. Just follow the checklist on the letter.

10/12/2012 Received hard copies of NOAs (all 4 forms- I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765)

10/15/2012 Received NOA with Biometrics Appointment

10/30/2012 Completed Biometrics (completed on date assigned)

12/11/2012 EAD & AP Approved

12/20/2012 EAD/AP Combo Card Arrived

2/6/2013 Notification for Interview

3/15/2013 Interview- APPROVED!!!! :)
