On the I-130 checklist its asks for a front and back copy of my I-94. This card has always been stappeled in my passport. Recently i sent my passport back to England to be renewed as it expires June 2013. I took a photo copy of my passport and the I-94 card which was signed by a notery, but i never photocopied the back, is this going to a problem. If i send in my completed package will it be rejected? Do you know of any concequences?

You will probably be ok with just the front, there isn't anything overly useful on the back.

Worst case scenario you will be RFE'd for the back and you can then submit it once you receive your old passport containing the I-94 in the mail.
