Called USCIS today as its been over 30 since receiving the testing/interview stage for our I-485 to inquire when we'd get our interview and was told that Atlanta office are still processing July 2012 Applicants so would be another 3-4 months before an interview. Things must have gone wrong over the new year as when we filed on December 13th it said 4 months total.

Oh well

If you spoke to the tier 1 operators at the misinformation line they are notoriously unreliable; they only have access to the most basic of information (basically everything on the www.uscis.gov site) and so I would not put much credence in anything they say.

Making an Infopass appointment at your local office would likely yield more accurate information.

Being that Atlanta hasn't even touched the standalone I-130s from August, they better not be doing AOS applications from December.

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

I've sent my AOS in October 8th and had interview January 8th in Atlanta Office so I had no idea threy are behind

They are so behind that they are basically refusing to process any of the standalone I-130s sent to them. It is a really messed up situation.

{Sigh} Atlanta is also our local office and we were thinking as much because we got the 'ready for scheduling' message mid January and nothing since then.
