I will send the applications of the AOS and AP on the very beginning of 2007. However, I will leave the US on mid March, 75 days after submitting them. According to this website, it takes in average 83 days for the AP to be approved. Therefore, there is a chance that I will be out of the US at that point. I expect the AP to be approved by the time I return to the US. Do I have to have the AP in hands to show to the airport official? Or is the AP information already included in the immigration system?

Thanks,

Yes, you'll need AP in your hands to re-enter the US... but, AP has to be issued before you leave...

"If you travel before the advance parole document is issued, your application will be deemed abandoned if

1. You depart from the United States; or

2.The person seeking advance parole attempts to enter the United States before a decision is made on the application. (not your case: If you are outside the United States and need to visit the United States temporarily for emergent humanitarian reasons:)
