I received this message from NVC, I don't really understand, there is no nationality questions in Biographic form. What is ds 260? Thanks!

Your visa application cannot be processed until this form is complete.

Ds-260 is the electronic version of Ds-230.

My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30


Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!

POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

The DS-260 is the version of the DS-230 you complete if the beneficiary is from a country that is approved to do electronic processing through that NVC portion of the process.

Since you didn't ask I am assuming you know what the DS-230 is.....

Relationship and I-130 Process

Sometime in October, 2011: We met online talking about Argentina.
Later in October: Met in person in Philadelphia and became good friends.
March 4, 2012: Became girlfriend and boyfriend, officially.
March 21: Gloria leaves the US at the end of her J-1 Visa.
April 9: Got engaged!
May 12-26: Chris visits Buenos Aires.
May 18: Got married in Argentina :) Happy day!!
May 29: Sent out I-130
June 4: NOA1 received.
August 17-20: Chris visits again.
September 22-29: Chris 3rd visit, Gloria's birthday!
November 11-January 5: Chris stays in Argentina almost 2 months, Gloria is happy!
December 28: NOA2 YAY!!!
December 31: Package received at NVC.
January 18, 2013: Got case # and IIN.
February 6: Case complete!!
February 11: Interview assigned.
February 25: Package received at Embassy in Buenos Aires.
March 18: Interview Approved!!
March 28: Visa received.
March 29: Houston POE

April 11: received greencard!!!!!!!

January 9, 2015: sent out form I-751

Thank you for your reply. I was using the ds230. It says there that my mother did not complete the nationality portion correctly, I am trying the double check the form, It's 1-4 but I didn't see any nationality question there. Did I miss something!

Since you didn't ask I am assuming you know what the DS-230 is.....

The DS-260 is NOT part of the Electronic Processing (EP). EP is simply being able to EMAIL packages. The DS-260 is actually part of the online forms process, something completely different and unrelated to EP. Some countries are eligible for one or the other process, or if they're lucky, for both.
