I've heard that it's pretty much impossible to get it done without at least 3 kids now, and you usually have to be over 25 or 30 before they'll even consider doing it.

This was true maybe 10 years ago, but not so much any more. You can get it done if you want it done now.

Doodle, Liz, don't take this the wrong way but maybe you should find a yahoo group outside this group to discuss this stuff with. This is very private information and this forum is not a closed one. There are people here that have different views on all of this and you certainly need educated support for this. I don't think you know what it might look like to read these posts as an outsider....tubes tied, sexual history, financial stuff. Really, you probably don't want this googled some time in the future.

Yeah I think I had very different ideas of what this section of the forum was going to be like but I'm now seeing "the light" so to speak. I think from now on I'll stick to pure visa-related matters on VJ and will wait until I file to post anymore. I have support systems in other places and they are open forums as well but they have a more open minded, non-judgemental audience.

Wow. I can't believe the freaking tangent this went off on. I was married! Yes, rabbits are also known for reproducing abundantly, not just for f'ing frequently. It's like, you have one rabbit, and within a year you have a few hundred.

I've never had an abortion! I've had two pregnancies and happened to have a father who died of cancer so my doctor wouldn't put me on the pill because he was a cancer specialist and didn't want to increase my odds of getting cancer.

Certain people here need to get their minds out of the gutter sometimes, geesh! Are you telling me that you are married and "control yourselves?" I was married to my kids dad for 9 1/2 years. I think it is quite normal for married people to have sex, and even allowed under all religions, not sure though based on what I see here.
