Hey guys I need some help,

I am a Naturalized U.S. Citizen and I have a child born out of wedlock when I lived in the Philippines from 2007 to 2010. I was born in the Philippines but moved to the U.S. when I was 4yrs. old and eventually became a Naturalized U.S. Citizen. What steps do I take to get my daughter here? Do I have to fill out the I-130 form and send it in along with the necessary documents, or is there another simpler way? By the way, my daughter is 3yrs. now and lives with her mother. Any and all comments are much appreciated.

You were already a US citizen when your child was conceived, right?

If yes, then the child can claim US citizenship from you. No need to file i-130 for her.

You can file Consular Report of Birth Abroad for the child.
