Proof of relationship is required at the interview. Yes you sent evidence with the I-130 but they MAY want more. I did K1 and they looked at none of the evidence I took with me but I know others that had their evidence scrutinized.

Don't assume having a child is enough evidence.

Maybe a few photos. Honestly they might not look at them but you just know the law of probability is that if you don't take them, they'll want them.

How do you should you had chicken pox? The only vaccine on the list I haven't had is the chicken pox one, so how would i go about proving I had it about 20 years ago.

You don't. They have to accept your verbal say-so. So just tell them you had it 20 years ago. They will just put "VH" on the form... I even had the date I was diagnosed thanks to my baby book and mine still says "VH" (Varicella History).

I started my visa process in Australia and the doctor suggested getting blood tests to prove my immunity.

The bloods were free through medicare and showed I was positive for varicella. I rathered that than having to pay for a vaccine I didn't need! That same blood test also proved that I didn't need MMR etc. because I'd already had them. All I ended up needing was the Tdap booster.

Did you go for the blood test at your regular doctor or at the medical doctor? Was the Tdap booster also covered by medicare?
